Marta McGonagle is set to star in the indie feature “Grown”. Currently in pre-production.
Esperanza Productions has recently branched out with a new development division and has added star studded actors, writers and directors as well as up-and-coming artists including Jose Rivera, Bobby Cannavale, Aaron Douglas, Michael Welch, Ana Oritz and Marta McGonagle. Marta is currently associate producing Esperanza Productions’ short film “Apples” starring Bobby Cannavale directed by Gary Perez.
The Winged Man at Comic Con July 2009! Marta stars as the innocent, soulful and graceful teen, Daisy, in the Jose Rivera (Oscar nominee for The Motorcycle Diaries) film “The Winged Man”. Playing her mother is Ana Ortiz (Ugly Betty) and co-starring as the Winged Man is Shalim Ortiz (Heroes)
